About us

We are Michael, Bianca, Denise and Letizia, and we have fulfilled a dream: since July 2020, we have been living where others go on holiday, in Mallorca.

Long before we emigrated, the island was an integral part of our annual planning. Mallorca was our retreat, our place of happiness, and every farewell was a little harder. Many people know this feeling: You sit by the sea on your last evening, watch the sunset and think: 'Why do I have to go back?'

At some point, it became clear: we don't just want to holiday in Mallorca, we want to live in Mallorca.

So we sold our home near Bremen, rented a lorry, took the ferry and arrived in the north of the island. A little crazy? Perhaps. But this decision was the best we ever made.

For us, Mallorca is not just an island, Mallorca is a way of life.

The island is so diverse that it's hard to know where to start: the gentle beauty of the almond blossom in February, the sparkling sea in summer, the golden light in autumn and the magic of Christmas, which transforms Mallorca into a sea of lights at the end of the year.

What still touches us every day: the colours, the scents, the nature and the special serenity of the Mallorcans, which is somehow contagious. Here, life slows down a little. It becomes more authentic. More relaxed.

By renting out our apartment, we want to pass on this feeling to people who don't just want to 'live somewhere', but want to experience Mallorca. Whether you are travelling as a couple, with your family, alone, actively or completely relaxed: this island has its own little wonder for everyone.

And because we love and live Mallorca, we want you to enjoy it from the very first moment. That's why we have put together a personal list for you in the apartment, with our most beautiful beaches, romantic bays, special excursions and favourite restaurants and bars.

This saves you a long search and allows you to spend your time on what really matters: arriving, taking a deep breath and enjoying yourself.
