Casa del Rio is located in the second row and offers a beautiful view of a well-kept, green garden oasis. On the sunny south-facing balcony, you can enjoy peace and relaxation, somewhat away from the hustle and bustle, yet still right in the middle of things.
The beach, harbour promenade, shopping and restaurants are about a 5-10 minute walk away. Supermarkets, bars, car rental and other shopping facilities are also nearby.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (+ baby). The highlight is the direct access to the balcony: the large window front can be opened to the side, creating an open indoor/outdoor feeling with fresh sea air. Modern, fully equipped and perfect for a relaxing holiday in Alcúdia.
